I share most of my work over at my Instagram, it’s just easier and faster for me. I usually just snap a pic and in two seconds I can share it, no need to scan anything. However, I decided to scan some pages from my sketchbook so you can get a better idea of what my sketches look like up-close.

This year the AIGA Seattle is celebrating its 25th year anniversary. To celebrate, AIGA threw a party, along with an exhibition called The Future of Design. I designed a poster for the event. My poster is based on the idea that no matter when, the main idea of a design, it will always start with a simple sketch.
And Here is the sketch of the sketch poster.
In addition, I invited my good friend Emiliano Molina to be part of the project. He has been a good friend of mine for years and he is also an excellent industrial/graphic designer. Check out his poster.
The theme for this week’s character redesign series over at Ten Paces and Draw was KillBill, one of my favorites movies. I couldn’t let it pass. I picked The Bride. While doing research and looking for images, I came across a picture of Uma Thurman inside the truck trying to get her feet to move. So I decided to do my illustration based on that specific scene. By the way, you should also check out the other illustrations, they are awesome.
