Here’s a new CD I designed and Illustrated for Starbucks. It’s a cool collection of classic and modern Bossa Nova. I tried to represent the cadence of the music through the use of vibrant, bold colors. The packaging tells the store of a muse, the modern take on the classic muse portrayed in the old Bossa records. My good friend Francesca Merlini helped me with the concept and wrote some of the copy. And if that wasn’t enough, her band Passarim is also featured in the CD.
Do yourselves a favor and pick up a copy of this cool CD at your local Starbucks. More pics on my website.

I bought this CD, which I LOVE, because of the amazing artwork. I kept picking it up, while I was waiting my turn in line at Starbucks, to look over the cover and somehow it stayed glued to my hand! I don’t regret it though. You did an excellent job!

I think I am going to buy it as I love that genre of music and the artwork… very cool! Just wanted to know if you can sample the songs anywhere just to hear a short clip of each?
